This accommodation offers a strategic location: just 15 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from the historic walled city. It is beachfront and only steps away from the sand, with easy access to restaurants, shopping centers, stores, and Cartagena’s main tourist attractions.

The apartment is fully equipped to make you feel at home and enjoy a comfortable stay. It has elevator access, free parking, swimming pools, a minimarket, sauna, Turkish bath, and more building amenities for a complete and pleasant experience.

There are two bedrooms, both with air conditioning, private bathrooms with hot water, large closets, and cable TV. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a stunning sea view. The second bedroom includes one double bed and two single beds.

The living room is spacious and features a dining table for six, a sofa bed, air conditioning, and a TV with cable. From the private balcony, you can enjoy a direct view of the ocean, the pool area, and Cartagena’s beachfront skyline—including the iconic Clock Tower. The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for sharing moments and watching an unforgettable sunset.

The kitchen is modern, spacious, and fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, cookware, coffee maker, blender, and more. There’s also a laundry area with a washer and dryer tower available for your use.

Guests will have full access to the apartment, as well as all common areas of the building: swimming pools, Turkish bath, sauna, minimarket, ocean-view terrace, and private parking.

Access is provided via elevator and includes keys and wristbands required by the building administration.

The apartment is located on the 10th floor. Visitors are allowed between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.

Bocagrande is one of the most touristic and exclusive areas of Cartagena. The neighborhood offers a wide variety of dining options, including well-known chains like McDonald’s, El Corral, and Crepes & Waffles, as well as excellent local restaurants. You’ll also find shopping centers featuring luxury stores such as Adidas, Mac Center, and Kevin’s Jewelers, along with popular brands like Quiksilver and Arturo Calle just a block away.

The neighborhood is safe and very tourist-friendly, perfect for walking around. Just steps away you’ll find restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and malls. Taxis are easily available right outside the building. The property includes private parking for one vehicle, subject to availability.

As required by building regulations, a wristband must be acquired per group at check-in for access control. This cost is already included in the Airbnb rate and is enforced by the building administration for security reasons.

Parties and visitors after 8:00 p.m. are not allowed (building policy).

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, but it is allowed on the balcony.

If you wish to check out later than the standard time (3:00 p.m.), it may be possible for an additional fee, depending on availability. Please contact us in advance to coordinate this.
